This product is a strong cationic quaternary ammonium salt polymer
color removal flocculant, easy to dissolve in water, safe,
non-toxic, good hydrolysis stability, PH change is not sensitive,
has anti-chlorine.The freezing point is about -2.8℃, the specific
gravity is about 1.04 GCM, and the decomposition temperature is
280-300℃.This product not only to the hydrophobic disperse dye
decolorization effect is excellent, but also to the hydrophilic dye
decolorization effect is also excellent, the amount is small,
decolorization is obvious, the settling speed is fast, the
processing liquid clarity is high, but also to reduce the COD
composition, improve the COD removal rate.
Application & Advantages

Application method and notes:
1. When the colority and CODcr are relatively high, it can be used
with the help of polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed together. In
this way, the treatment cost can be lower. Whether polyaluminum
chloride is used earlier or afterwards depends on the flocculation
test and the treatment process.
2. The pH value of the waste water should be adjusted to 7~8 for
better result.
3. The product shall be diluted with 10-40 times water and then
dosed into the waste water directly. After being mixed for several
minutes, it can be precipitated or air-floated to become clear
water.
Package, handling and storage:
Package: Packed in 30kgs, 250kgs net plastic drums and 1250kgs net IBC
drums, flexitank, or as per clients' requirements.
Handling: Wash thoroughly after handling. Wash hands before eating. Use only
in a well-ventilated area. Use spark-proof tools and explosion
proof equipment. Empty containers retain product residue, (liquid
and/or vapor), and can be dangerous. Do not get on skin or in eyes.
Do not ingest or inhale. Do not pressurize, cut, weld, braze,
solder, drill, grind, or expose empty containers to heat, sparks or
open flames.
Storage: Keep away from heat, sparks, and flame. Keep away from sources of
ignition. Store in a cool, dry place. Store in a tightly closed
container.
